If the annual output is less than 200,000 m³, the productivity of concrete mixing plant is generally not less than 90m³/h; The annual output is between 200,000 and 300,000 m³, the productivity of concrete mixing plant is generally 120m³/h; The annual output is more than 300,000m³, the productivity of concrete mixing equipment is generally 150m³/h or 200m³/h.

    According to the size of the construction site, you can choose a concrete mixing plant or a concrete mixing station. If you choose a concrete mixing plant, the aggregate is lifted once, and the productivity of the mixer with the same capacity is higher than that of the mixing station. The overall shape is neat and beautiful, the material yard occupies a small area, and the production environment is good, but the manufacturing and installation cycle is long, and the one-time investment cost is high. If you choose a concrete mixing station, the aggregate needs to be lifted twice, the layout is flexible, the manufacturing and installation cycle is short, and the one-time investment cost is low, but the material yard occupies a large area and the production environment is poor.

    Choose the specifications and working dimensions of the concrete mixer according to the accessories. The loading capacity of the mixer truck should match the discharging capacity of the mixer. Improper matching will affect work efficiency. The loading capacity of the loader should match the loading height of the batching station of the concrete mixing plant.
  1. Management function
    If intensive network management is adopted, the network management function of the concrete mixing equipment should be considered to avoid difficulties in future upgrades.
  1. Equipment technical performance
    Mainly consider the equipment's advancement, reliability, excellence and versatility. The equipment should have advanced working principles, high automation, powerful management functions and good environmental performance. The equipment should have excellent configuration, reliable control method, strong applicability and good maintainability. In addition, it is also necessary to consider high metering accuracy, good mixing quality, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, large use of standard parts and good interchangeability.
  1. Supplier reputation
    Mainly includes whether the installation and commissioning are strict; whether the technical guidance and training are in place; whether the after-sales service is timely; and whether the spare parts supply is sufficient.
  1. Performance-price ratio
    It is unwise to pursue the technical performance of equipment comprehensively, which will increase unnecessary investment. However, it is also undesirable to only pursue low investment and reduce the technical performance of equipment, which will increase the cost of use. At present, the comprehensive performance of imported equipment in the domestic market is higher, but the price is also higher. Although the comprehensive performance of several well-known domestic brands of domestic equipment cannot be compared with imported equipment, the configuration of key parts also generally uses imported components, and the main working performance is not much worse than that of imported equipment, but the price is much lower. A more reasonable approach is to choose a suitable performance-price ratio.
