Belt Type HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant Installed In Mongolia.

Recently, our HZS120 stationary concrete mixing plant was successfully sent to Mong0lia, and the installation work was successfully completed.

Configurations of HZS120 concrete mixing plant:

1. Large capacity concrete mixer
Equipped with 2m³ twin-shaft concrete mixer, it increases the single mixing volume compared to conventional equipment and meets the needs of high-intensity continuous operations.
Twin shaft forced mixing system significantly improves the homogeneity of concrete, ensuring the strict requirements on concrete quality for the local large-scale factories, roads and large-scale infrastructure.

2. Efficient batching conveying system
Combination of ground batching system and inclined belt feeding is used instead of the local traditional dragline feeding method. The measuring accuracy can reach ±1% and the batching efficiency is significantly improved.
Belt conveyor system realizes continuous and stable feeding, avoiding intermittent pauses in traditional methods. The closed conveying channel reduces dust spillage and has high environmental protection standards.

3. Intelligent production management system

a. Full process automation control

Automatic drop compensation system corrects batching errors in real time to ensure the accuracy of concrete mix ratio. The host current monitoring module intelligently judges the mixing load to prevent the risk of equipment overload. The air pressure sensor device controls the air circuit system in a linked manner to ensure the stable operation of key components such as the discharge door.

b. Visual remote management

Through the high-definition camera in the central control room, key positions such as the batching bin, mixing host, and discharge port can be monitored in real time, and the entire production process can be traced with the electronic work order system.

c. Humanized operation interface

Using a simplified visual graphic operation panel and a preset production formula library, new employees can operate independently after 3 days of training, which greatly shortens the training cycle of traditional equipment.

4. Modular steel structure design
The overall high-strength steel structure frame is used, and standardized prefabricated components are used for rapid assembly. At the same time, the difficulty of making the equipment foundation is reduced, the foundation making time is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.

5. Comprehensive safety protection system

a. Equipment safety

Mechanical limit devices are set at key points such as concrete mixer inspection door and belt conveyor

Emergency stop button covers all dangerous areas, and the response time is ≤0.5 seconds

b. Production safety

The air pressure monitoring system warns of air circuit abnormalities in real time to ensure the reliability of pneumatic components

The voltage and current monitoring system monitors the power consumption of core equipment in real time to ensure the safety and reliability of the electric control system
