This HZS90 concrete batching plant a high-efficiency, fully automatic stationary concrete production equipment designed for large-scale construction projects and commercial concrete production. Main Configurations of HZS90 Concrete Batching Plant:
1. Mixing System:
Equipped with a JS1500 twin shaft concrete mixer, offering a nominal capacity of 1.5 m³ per batch. It ensures thorough and homogeneous mixing of concrete with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
2. Batching System:
Includes a PLD2400 batching machine with 3‒4 aggregate bins. Each bin is independently weighed with high precision. The system supports various aggregate sizes (max. 80mm) and offers weighing accuracy of ±2% for aggregates and ±1% for cement, water, and additives.
3. Control System:
Fully automated computer-controlled operation with touch-screen interface. Supports recipe storage, production data tracking, and remote monitoring. User-friendly and customizable for different project requirements.
4. Storage and Conveying:
· Aggregate storage: Available in line or star-shaped arrangement with a storage capacity of 4×20 tons.
· Belt conveyor: Inclined belt conveyor with high durability and smooth operation for efficient material transfer.
· Cement silo: Commonly paired with 100‒200-ton cement silos, equipped with dust filters and level indicators.
5. Powder and Water Metering:
Precision metering for cement, fly ash, and water. Includes screw conveyors for powder materials and a water meter with a centrifugal pump.
