2HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant to Kazakhstan

Zhucheng 2HZS35 concrete batching plant was shipped to Kazakhstan, assisting new infrastructure journey in Central Asia.
A special train loaded with our company's 2HZS35 concrete batching plant recently departed slowly from our production base, preparing to cross mountains and rivers heading to Karaganda, Kazakhstan 3,600 kilometers away.
Recently, at our company's production base, a batch of brand-new 2HZS35 concrete mixing plant equipment passed final quality inspections and packaging, officially commencing their journey to Kazakhstan. This marks the third shipment of large concrete mixing equipment our company has sent to Kazakhstan within the year, indicating our breakthrough progress in the Central Asian market.
1. Customized Design, Excellent Technology
The 2HZS35 concrete mixing plant equipment shipped to Kazakhstan is a high-performance product our company custom-designed specifically for the special climate and construction conditions of the Central Asian region.
This equipment adopts a modular design, featuring quick installation and convenient relocation, fully adapting to the needs of dispersed engineering projects and concentrated construction seasons in the Kazakh region.
"We specially considered the local cold winter climate conditions in the equipment design," introduced our company's Technical Director. "All key components underwent low-temperature adaptability treatment, ensuring the equipment remains stable even in environments as cold as -30 degrees Celsius."
2. Strict Quality Control, Timely Delivery
From order receipt to delivery, our company's project team demonstrated highly efficient working capabilities.
"After receiving the order, we immediately established a dedicated task force," stated the Project Manager. "From raw material procurement to production assembly, every step strictly adheres to the ISO9001 Quality Management System standards."
During the production process, we innovatively implemented a "milestone reporting" mechanism, sending production progress photos and videos to the Kazakh client twice weekly, allowing real-time tracking of the equipment manufacturing status.
This transparent communication method earned high praise from the client. The Kazakh client provided feedback stating: "Even though we are thousands of kilometers away, through the regular progress reports, we felt as if we were personally involved in the entire equipment manufacturing process."
3. Comprehensive Logistics, Full Support
Considering the equipment's large volume and precision components, our company's logistics department formulated a professional transportation plan.
"We selected the China-Europe Railway Express as the main transportation method," introduced the Logistics Manager. "This route is mature and stable, taking only 7-10 days for the entire journey, nearly 20 days faster than traditional sea freight."
To ensure equipment transportation safety, we specially designed shock-proof packaging, used vacuum moisture-proof packaging for precision electrical components, and placed temperature and humidity monitoring devices inside the containers to track equipment status in real time.
Furthermore, our company maintains a spare parts warehouse in Almaty, Kazakhstan, enabling us to provide technical support and spare parts supply to the client at any time, completely resolving the client's concerns about after-sales service.
4. Market Cultivation, Service-Oriented Approach
This cooperation did not happen overnight. Our company began laying out the Kazakh market three years ago, gradually understanding market demands through participating in local construction machinery exhibitions and building relationships with industry associations.
"We don't just end things after selling the equipment," emphasized the International Business Director. "What we aim to do is provide complete solutions for our clients."
To this end, our company assembled a professional team composed of technical service personnel who will travel to Kazakhstan immediately after the equipment arrives, responsible for installation, commissioning, and technical training.
Simultaneously, we also customized Russian-language operation manuals and maintenance guides for the Kazakh client and plan to hold the first Russian-language operator training session next month.
5. Promising Prospects, Bright Future
With the deepening implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Kazakhstan's infrastructure construction is welcoming a new upsurge.
"We are very optimistic about the development prospects in the Central Asian market," expressed the company's General Manager. "The successful shipment of this Double 35 concrete mixing plant equipment is an important milestone in our strategy to deeply cultivate the Central Asian market."
It is reported that this equipment will be used for industrial park construction in Karaganda. Once completed, the project will significantly enhance local industrial production capacity and employment levels.
Our company has currently established cooperative relationships with construction companies in multiple Kazakh regions, expecting more equipment orders to be finalized within the year.
In recent years, our company has actively responded to the "Belt and Road" initiative, continuously accelerating our internationalization pace. Following the Kazakhstan project, we are currently negotiating cooperation matters with clients in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.
Progressing from single product exports to complete solution outputs, from market pathfinders to deep participants, our company is establishing a positive image for Chinese manufacturing in the Central Asian market through solid technical strength and dedicated service.
