Concrete Batching Plant Shipped to Tajikistan

We are pleased to announce that a high-efficiency 90 m³/h concrete batching plant has been successfully manufactured, inspected, and dispatched from our factory, destined for a construction project in Tajikistan.
This stationary batching plant, model HZS90, is designed to produce up to 90 cubic meters of high-quality concrete per hour. It features a twin-shaft compulsory mixer (JS1500), a PLD2400 batching machine, a screw conveyor, and a fully automated control system. The batching plant offers precise weighing accuracy, stable mixing performance, and user-friendly operation, making it suitable for road construction, bridge projects, and commercial concrete supply.
The customer in Tajikistan required a solution that balances output with cost-effectiveness while being able to operate under Central Asian climatic conditions. After thorough technical consultation, our engineering team recommended the HZS90 concrete batching plant for its modular structure — easy to install and relocate, yet robust enough for semi-permanent sites. The system also allows for later upgrades, such as adding a cement silo or an aggregate heating system.
Prior to shipment, our concrete batching plant underwent full factory testing, including weigh scale calibration and a trial run of the entire batching cycle. All components were securely packed into six 40-foot high-cube containers, with key electrical parts protected against moisture and dust.
We have also provided a complete set of documentation: layout drawings, foundation plans, an operation manual in English and Russian, and a detailed spare parts list. Our after-sales team is ready to offer remote installation guidance and on-site training once the plant arrives at Bishkek.
This shipment marks another successful collaboration between our company and clients in Central Asia. We look forward to supporting more infrastructure projects in the region with reliable concrete batching solutions.
