The HZS60 concrete batching plant is a cost-effective and mature model tailored for medium-scale construction projects, with a theoretical production capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour. It adopts a twin-shaft compulsory mixer, which delivers uniform and rapid mixing for dry, semi-dry and plastic concrete, ensuring stable and consistent concrete quality for various engineering needs. Equipped with high-chromium wear-resistant alloy blades and liners, the core mixing components feature excellent durability, effectively reducing wear and extending the equipment’s service life while lowering long-term maintenance costs.
In terms of operational performance, the plant integrates a fully automatic intelligent control system with premium electrical components, supporting automatic batching, precise weighing, fault self-diagnosis and data real-time recording. The weighing accuracy of aggregates reaches ±1%, and powder and water materials achieve ±1% precision, effectively avoiding human errors and guaranteeing standardized concrete production. Meanwhile, the whole-closed production structure matched with a high-efficiency pulse dust removal system greatly reduces dust emission, meeting Kazakhstan’s strict environmental protection standards.
