Assembly of HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant Main Building

The core main building of the HZS180 stationary concrete batching plant has been fully assembled and successfully commissioned at our factory, marking a crucial progress in the prototype manufacturing and pre-delivery verification work. As the core operational unit of the concrete batching plant, the main building determines the overall production efficiency, batching accuracy and operational stability of the entire equipment.
The assembled main building integrates core functional modules, including a JS3000 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, precision weighing system, aggregate temporary storage hopper, cement and additive batching unit, and fully enclosed environmental protection structure. Adopting standardized modular design, all steel frame structures, transmission components, sensor devices and internal piping systems have been installed and calibrated strictly in accordance with international industrial standards and factory technical specifications.
During the whole assembly process, professional engineering and technical teams conducted precise positioning, structural debugging and repeated accuracy testing for every key component. Strict quality inspections were implemented on structural firmness, weighing accuracy and equipment coordination. After assembly, comprehensive no-load trial operation was completed. All functional links such as material batching, mixing and discharging run smoothly, with the batching accuracy and operating stability fully meeting the design standards for large-scale commercial concrete production.
The successful factory assembly of the main building verifies the mature manufacturing technology and standardized production capability of our HZS180 concrete batching plant series.
