YHZS60 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant to Africa

Recently, our company's YHZS60 mobile concrete batching plant has been successfully loaded and shipped to Africa to support local infrastructure construction. This unit will serve road, bridge and municipal projects, delivering stable on-site concrete production for the customer.

The YHZS60 mobile batching plant features a rated output of 60m³/h, integrating batching, weighing, mixing and control systems onto one towable chassis. It stands out as an ideal solution for scattered, temporary construction sites widely seen across Africa.

One core advantage is outstanding mobility. Unlike stationary mixing plants, this model requires no complicated foundation works. After arriving at the job site, installation and commissioning can be finished within one to two days. When projects finish, the whole plant can be towed to new locations directly, greatly cutting civil engineering costs and relocation downtime.

Equipped with a JS1000 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, it achieves homogeneous mixing for various concrete grades. Independent weighing systems for aggregates, cement, water and additives guarantee high batching precision and consistent concrete quality. The fully automatic PLC control system supports simple operation, reducing reliance on skilled operators and suiting local construction conditions.

Built with reinforced steel structure and wear-resistant components, the plant performs steadily under high temperature and dusty African environments with low failure rates and convenient maintenance.
