Uzbekistan Clients Visit Our Factory

In a significant step toward expanding our footprint in the Central Asian market, we had the honor of hosting a distinguished delegation of clients from Uzbekistan at our manufacturing headquarters last week. The purpose of the visit was a comprehensive factory inspection and technical evaluation of our advanced concrete batching plants.
Uzbekistan is currently experiencing a boom in infrastructure and urban development. With numerous large-scale projects underway—from highway construction to residential complexes—the demand for high-performance construction machinery has never been higher. Our guests, who run a major construction supply company in Tashkent, were looking to upgrade their equipment to meet the growing market demands.
A Warm Welcome and a Glimpse into Quality
Upon their arrival, the Uzbek delegation was greeted with a traditional welcome. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, setting the tone for what would be a highly productive business engagement. The visit began with a detailed presentation in the conference room, where our international sales team outlined the company’s history, global certifications (ISO and CE), and the technological evolution of our concrete mixing solutions.
The Factory Floor Experience
The highlight of the tour was the hands-on walkthrough of our 50,000-square-meter production facility. The clients were particularly interested in seeing the manufacturing process of our twin-shaft mixers and the precision of our weighing systems.
We demonstrated the entire production chain:
Quality Control: The guests observed rigorous stress tests being performed on a completed HZS90 model. They were impressed by the low noise levels and the efficiency of the dust filtration system, which aligns with Uzbekistan's growing focus on environmentally friendly construction.
Meeting Specific Needs
One of the key advantages of our equipment is its adaptability. The Uzbekistan market often faces fluctuating temperatures and challenging logistics. Our technical team discussed customized solutions, including the addition of heating systems for winter batching and the modular design of our plants, which makes them easier to transport and install in remote job sites.
Solidifying a Partnership
After the tour, the delegation expressed their satisfaction with the level of automation and the robustness of the machinery. “We have seen many suppliers online, but seeing the production process in person gives us the confidence that we are choosing a reliable partner,” said Mr. Alimov, the head of the delegation.
The visit concluded with a signing of a Letter of Intent for a new HZS120 stationary concrete batching plant. We are committed to not just delivering a machine, but providing lifelong support, including spare parts and technical training for their team in Uzbekistan.
This successful visit marks another milestone in our mission to bridge Chinese manufacturing excellence with global infrastructure needs. We look forward to seeing our equipment hard at work, helping to build the future of Uzbekistan.
Steel Fabrication: They witnessed the robotic welding process, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Control Systems: Our engineers showcased the user-friendly PLC control system, which allows for fully automatic operation and real-time data monitoring—a feature crucial for large-scale projects.
