Key Components Selection of Concrete Mixing Plants
Concrete mixer of concrete mixing plant:
Forced concrete mixer has good mixing quality, strong overload capacity, no segregation when discharging, high production efficiency, and can adapt to the mixing of concrete with various properties. At present, forced concrete mixer is widely used in concrete mixing plant equipment. But its structure is more complicated and the cost of use is higher. Forced concrete mixers are divided into twin-shaft, single-shaft, single-vertical and planetary types. Twin-shaft mixers are very suitable for commercial concrete production due to their good mixing performance, high production efficiency, good adaptability, outstanding structural features and good reliability. Single-horizontal-shaft concrete mixers and single-vertical-shaft concrete mixers are less used in commercial concrete mixing equipment due to their structural characteristics and adaptability. Planetary concrete mixers are not widely used at present and are mostly used for imported equipment.
Electronic control system of concrete mixing plant:
At present, there are various forms of electronic control systems for domestic concrete mixing plants, mainly in the following three control modes:
1. Centralized dual microcomputer control: This form solves the problem of human interference in measurement. Special batching control instruments are used, and the production control and management functions are placed on two computers without interfering with each other. Production control and report statistics are carried out simultaneously, and the management computer can also be used as a production backup machine, providing a network interface with the upper-level computer.
2. Distributed microcomputer control: This control form is widely used in early concrete mixing plant design. The core of the control system is the programmable controller. The upper-level computer is only used for printing management reports. The function and role of the computer are not very obvious. With the widespread use of commercial concrete, the functional requirements for concrete mixing plants are becoming more and more complex, and the application of this control form is very difficult.
3. Centralized microcomputer control: This form of control concentrates computer control and management functions on one computer, which is a heavy task. In addition, the statistics of report data cannot be synchronized during the production process, and the statistics cannot be collected at any time. The measurement is also affected by too many human factors. For example, the compilation of the metering control program, the accuracy of the signal amplifier and the A/D board will affect the metering accuracy.
